Cancellation Policy

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY To reserve your appointment, all guests are required to keep a valid card on file. Cash is still accepted and your card will not be charged. For standard services, appointments canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $25 cancellation fee. For color services priced at $200 or more, a deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment. Appointments for services requiring a deposit that are canceled, rescheduled, or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will forfeit the deposit. The deposit replaces the standard $25 cancellation fee and no additional cancellation charge will be applied.
